Model FL Fluid Bed Granulator is a patented technology product independently developed by our company. It has many functions such as drying, granulating, and mixing. It is one of the important process equipment for solid dosage preparations. The wet granules obtained from the high shear granulator can be dried in this equipment. It can also be used as a granulating machine.
A fluid bed granulator makes use of spray and fluid bed technology to realize mixing, granulation, and drying in one container. The fluidized powder is wetted by spraying binder until agglomeration occurs. As soon as the desired grain size is reached, the spray is stopped, and the wet granules are dried and cooled.
